Currently holding 60% of the Chinese coding market, as well as working with international food companies like Kraft and Mars, Dikai has grown to become a stample of the overseas printing market. Dikai’s lineup of printers has grown to include hot stamping, hot ink roll coding, and thermal transfer overprinting. Already owning nearly 50% of the thermal transfer ribbon market in China, Todaytec saw the benefit in acquiring a printing company to pair with their growing catalogue of ribbon formula options. Todaytec will now begin to migrate Dikai’s catalogue of printers to the United States, focusing primarily on the growing market of near edge thermal transfer overprinting.
