Live Online Class with Career Lecture and Code-Along Exercise

The program started with a career lecture on the global expansion of technology and the increasing need for IT jobs in the Philippines and overseas.

The actual coding classes were led by Zuitt’s Instructors. Throughout the sessions, participants were encouraged to ask questions and to share their concerns as though they’re attending an actual live Bootcamp session. Tips, Tricks, FAQs, and all questions were addressed to allow an active learning environment.

On the First Day, the code-along class was led by Instructor Jino where he taught basic HTML and Bootstrap to the participants. On the next day, participants worked with Instructor Earl to incorporate CSS into their code – making their basic web page interesting and eye-catching by using different fonts, features, and colors. The instructors provided a step-by-step guide on how to make their web pages accessible to anyone online. Overall, the participants enjoyed the crash course because it allowed them to create a basic web page in a span of two days.

Participant Feedback on Zuitt’s Free Coding Bootcamp

“It was fun and I was able to grasp many concepts about HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap w/o having a strong foundation about those.” – Jhon A.

“It was fun! The instructors were very patient in attending to the queries of the participants and the lessons were beginner-friendly.” – Cyrena T.

“This session is a great experience. It was fun and I was able to get acquainted with real developers. This experience gave me an idea on upskilling to become a developer. Actually, I wanna shift to an IT field career but had no idea because ever since, in my working career, I’ve only had BPO experiences. I wanna upskill myself and want a career that is fulfilling.” – Jeremiah O.
